Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with our brand.

We are proud of the product we design and create for you and hope that you love TMD garments as much as we do.

To help guide you in making the right decision when purchasing our garments, we have tried to provide as much information as possible, ranging from fabric content information, product images,  and as close to true colour and design details as possible.  We do understand that this can sometimes not be enough  to establish a true representation of the garment.

Therefore, if you need to return a garment, we require the garment to be returned within 10 (calendar) days for us to refund you of your purchase.

When returning garments they must be returned in unworn and originally sold condition and with all tags included.  Any marks (ie. makeup stains or odour) will result in you not being eligible for a refund.

How do I return an item?

Prior to returning your product, please email triestemariadesign@gmail.com and outline the following:

  • Date of purchase
  • Item Name & Description
  • Reason for the return
  • Clarification of your request ie. faulty(TMD do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit)

Please request our RETURNS delivery address and also please note:

  • Return courier charges are NOT covered by TMD so you MUST provide a tracking number

​Upon your products return, it will be inspected and direct feedback will be sent to you promptly.  Once approved, a refund will be arranged.

NO refunds will be given unless the item is deemed faulty.
TMD will process a refund within 3 working days.
